Kallioholma 6/2/2016

The old windmill on the isolated Kallioholma Islet outside Tahkoluoto Port has been staying still for half an year or so. Visiting the islet, I discovered a high pulsing sound coming from the windmill. A closer look revealed that the strong (to moderate) south easterly wind hit the staircase in that direction, that this sound become possible. The stair is made of steel, and the rail poles has open ends whith small drilled holes, and caused this (in my mind) really beautiful music; wind playing organ. In the background, a heavy swell with ices can also be heared.
