Tahkoluoto breakwater 28/12/2015

The coal power plant in Tahkoluoto on the West Coast of Finland is shut down, as the energy achieved by burning coal is not competitive anymore. There's still shipping and unshipping of coal as a transit traffic to the industry norther, because big coal ships cannot reach these shallower ports. This is a recording of unshipping the transit coal, recorded by two cranes in a nasty -15 C temperature. Recorded to be listened with good quality headphones.
